Tuesday, April 22: Lawrence High School standout Grant Cleavinger’s college team loses to Kansas Jayhawks

On Tuesday, April 22, former Lawrence High School standout Grant Cleavinger’s current college team, the Nebraska Cornhuskers, lost 4-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Kansas Jayhawks.

The game took place at Hawks Field at Haymarket Park. This was their second matchup against the Jayhawks this season.

The Cornhuskers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 25 at 6 p.m. at Bob "Turtle" Smith Stadium against Maryland Terrapins.
