On Tuesday, April 1, former Lawrence High School standout Grant Cleavinger’s college team lost in an NCAA Division I baseball game

On Tuesday, April 1, former Lawrence High School standout Grant Cleavinger’s current college team, the Nebraska Cornhuskers, lost 9-5 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Creighton Bluejays.

The game took place at Hawks Field at Haymarket Park. This was their first matchup against the Bluejays this season.

The Cornhuskers’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, April 2 at 6 p.m. at Tal Anderson Field against Omaha Mavericks.
