On Wednesday, March 12, former Lawrence Free State High School standout Jake Zenger’s college team won in an NCAA Division II baseball game

On Wednesday, March 12, former Lawrence Free State High School standout Jake Zenger’s current college team, the New Haven Chargers, won 22-6 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Georgian Court Lions.

The game took place at Lynn Baseball Field. This was their first matchup against the Lions this season.

The Chargers’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 15 at 12 p.m. at Frank Vieira Field against St. Thomas Aquinas Spartans.
