City to restrict large vehicle turns at 23rd & Haskell

Beginning next week, large vehicle turning movements (vehicles with more than two axels) will be restricted at the intersection of East 23rd Street and Haskell Avenue as contractors work to pave the center of the intersection. This restriction will be in place for approximately six weeks, pending weather or other delays.

Specifically, large vehicles traveling on 23rd St. will not be allowed to turn onto southbound Haskell Ave. This restricts right turns for eastbound 23rd St. travel and left turns for westbound 23rd St. travel.

Large vehicles are advised to use the designated alternate truck routes shown on the truck route map to reach destinations impacted by the turn restrictions.
