So far, Douglas County Elections Office volunteers have recounted 30,600 ballots, which is 64% of the total ballots cast in the primary. The count at the end of today, Aug. 17, was:
• Yes - 6,311
• No - 24,133
With 156 undervotes, which means no choice was marked on the ballot.
The recount process will resume at 8 a.m. Thursday.
